I understand that the use of the Heavenly Spa and Westin Workout facilities is at my own risk and responsibility.
I confirm that I will not undertake any exercise routines unless I am physically able and, if necessary, have consulted with my physician.
I acknowledge that The Westin London City Hotel and Residences, including Heavenly Spa by Westin®, is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage to my personal property.
I accept full responsibility for my use of the facilities and equipment, and I agree to exercise with care, courtesy, and safety at all times.
Memberships are non-transferable. Management reserves the right to cancel memberships and alter terms and conditions without prior notice. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any special offer. Cancellation requires a one week notice period. Three, six and twelve-months membership must be fully paid in advance. Membership fees are non-refundable.
